Your journey to healing starts here.
You have taken the first step toward receiving the support you long for and deserve! For some people, this is the hardest step. I am proud of you!
I am a Registered Social Worker who works with individuals, couples, and families. My previous clients have described me as empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and kind. My approach to therapy is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable to tell me the things you wouldn’t tell anyone else and know I won’t judge you. I want the space to feel safe to you by fostering trust, transparency, authenticity, connection, and cultural sensitivity.

My specializations include:
-
Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD)
-
Medical Trauma (pregnancy and birth, new diagnosis, injuries, Cancer, and more)
-
New/ongoing/recurrent illness such as cancer and chronic illness support
-
Trauma (childhood, attachment, traumatic events)
-
Marriage counselling

Sometimes, these concerns can lead to grief, anxiety, and emotions that interrupt our daily activities. Together, we can move toward a more rich, meaningful life where these challenges do not take over.

Services
As a compassionate and non-judgmental Registered Social Worker, I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as chronic illness, medical trauma, Cancer support, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), and trauma.
Individual Counselling
Many of us grow up believing we have to carry life’s struggles alone and hide our feelings away. Together, we can gently unlearn those messages and find kinder, healthier ways to cope. My hope is to walk alongside you as you create a life that feels meaningful, even through the challenges you face.
Couples Counselling
The challenges we face in life has an impact on our relationships. It is completely normal to have difficult times throughout your relationship. We can work together to unravel the concerns you have and build skills that may strengthen your relationship.
Family Counselling
When illness, changes, and hardships happen to a member of the family, the whole family feels the impact. This may result in more family arguments or make a family that once felt like a unit, feel separate or distant. If this is something you would like to work on as a family, let’s talk!
